"The End." Those two words contain a lot. They signify the finish of a story. They can bring relief, sadness, happiness, and quite a few other emotions depending on the book. If it's a really good book, you don't want it to end. Like a novel or story, I have felt a number of "the ends" this past month with my oldest graduating high school and my youngest ending 8th grade. When a book ends, there's a new book to start and explore. I am looking forward to these new chapters of their lives. Congratulations to all the 2026 graduates out there! 🎓

📖 Summer Reading
Children's books make fun and entertaining goodies for your upcoming summer travels. They're also important to help prevent the summer slide in reading skills. Kids Ask Authors Answer has a number of resources including books read aloud, activity pages, lesson, and more. It's a great website to bookmark and utilize this summer!
