📚 Independent Bookstore Day

On April 25th, I had the honor to join Old Haunts Bookshop to celebrate Independent Bookstore Day! I really enjoyed meeting other authors, customers, and spending time in such a great bookshop. Thank you to Ryan for organizing a great event and including me!

🐢World Turtle Day!

Happy World Turtle Day on May 23rd! Founded in 2000 and celebrated in over 190 countries, World Turtle Day is an annual observance that brings attention to, and increases knowledge of and respect for, turtles and tortoises, and encourages human action to help them survive and thrive. Did you know that there are seven species of marine turtles: hawksbill, loggerhead, leatherback, olive ridley, green, flatback, and Kemp's ridley, and that six of them are at risk of extinction?
