However, on the way back down the hill there was a won… Read on blog or Reader Deigh Light Images Read on blog or Reader May-flowers deighb May 19 I went up McGowan Creek road this morning hoping to find a view of the 3-Sisters from the top but the vegetation has grown up to the point where there really are no clear views and it was overcast. However, on the way back down the hill there was a wonderful view of the Valley from near the top of road. Sometimes you do not get what you came for but to me that has become a message to keep my eye open for an option. The first below image was the option. On my way up the hill I went by the small meadow where I have shot many times in the past and it was filled with Camas lily. I have photographed this meadow in the summer and winter but this view of the meadow just made my morning. Below are two different compositions. If you care to just let me know which you like best.
