From the desk of Molly Culver, Teaching Principal Landaff Blue School:
Landaff Student
So proud of Jolene Barth for being asked to present her independent study of the water quality of Mill Brook at the Science Symposium hosted by VINS (Vermont Institute of Natural Science).
Jolene attends Blue School. VINS and Blue School have had a long-standing partnership of co-teaching hands-on science lessons to the students of Blue School. We are able to build upon the knowledge from previous years.
Jolene has been participating in VINS lessons for all her years attending Blue School. Jolene has always been a student with a passion to learn and has set her learning goals with high achievement standards. She is a confident student with a passion for science and learning.
Jolene has a natural talent in science which has allowed her to be so successful in this area of study. This combination of her natural ability, self-driven disposition and many years of learning at the Blue School has made her an excellent candidate to be asked to present her independent study at VINS.
I am so proud of all that she has accomplished and look forward to her continued success as a student!
