MIX the lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
PLACE the fish and marinade in a sealable plastic bag. Mixwell.
MARINATE in the fridge for 4 hours.
DRAIN and discard the marinade.
PLACE the sliced fish evenly between the Food Dehydrator trays.
DRY at 145°F for 8 hours, or until done.
