To not be one of those people we keep our mouths shut instead of speaking up about the cold food, missing items, bad manicure and so on. We don't speak up and quality keeps going down. And we're paying at least as twice as much. I'm not saying it's ok to be obnoxious but we do have a right to say when we're paying for a service to get what want, to get what we're paying for. All over the place you hear about not shaming someone for this, that or the other but it's ok to shame someone into keeping their mouths shut when paying money for something.
