| dawn February 1 | To set an intention one states what they are most needing/wanting in their life in that moment. It's best to focus on just one thing at a time and when you feel you're fully accepting of it then move on to another one. If it's health then before the day even begins and then throughout the day you state out-loud if possible, I'm the picture of health or something like that. It has to be in the present though and not in the future. Intention is set for now, in the moment. I'm focused, I'm creative, I'm happy. I have inner peace, like that.
