LEONARDTOWN, MD, January 29, 2024 – In a significant ruling on domestic violence, a St. Mary's County jury has found Charles Ray Reid, IV, 35, of Callaway, Maryland, guilty on multiple charges related to a domestic violence incident that took place on May 26, 2023.
