| dawn Jan 19 | I'm using a day planner for ADHD and one of the things it has is a section for today's treat and I'm having a hard time with that one because there's also a Today's Exercise which is yoga and treadmill and those would also be my treats. So, I struggle with finding the "treat" and with the Pat On The Back as well. I find it hard to do that especially to list five things to pat myself on the back about. Somedays I think it's a pat on the back to go through the day without shoving someone off the road or out of the way in the grocery store. This feeling is happening less since the meditation and raising vibration though. Now I find myself smiling when there's no reason to be smiling and to laugh when someone does something stupid that would normally piss me off.
