I'd like a modest-sized log cabin deep in the woods, like say, you have to park in a little gravel lot a few yards away from the main highway, and then you have to walk a path about a quarter to a half mile to get to the cabin.
We'd have a 4-wheeler/ATV to transport heavier groceries from the gravel parking lot where the car sits in the gravel lot. Big gravel lot, in case we wanted to host gatherings.
You enter and the kitchen is attached to the living room. Fairly big living room, by my standards, and the kitchen is in one corner of it. A wide counter/breakfast bar separates the two.
Carpet in the living room, hard floor in the kitchen. Maybe a rather small dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Good quality dining room table. Quality wood, same with the kitchen floor. Attractive mats in appropriate places.
Everything looks rustic, but high quality and nice.
A comfortable couch that can become a comfortable fold out bed. Maybe a TV, but that would be entirely up to her. Because I can go without. High roof, tall bookshelf filled with books on one side of the living room. Two recliner chairs. A desk and good chair to go with that desk right next to the bookshelf. A couch in front of the breakfast bar, which is really just a large counter anyway. No barstools.
A couple sets of antlers. She hunts. She's someone new. She's out chopping wood and when she comes in, I pour her water or iced tea. This might be my Dad in female form. You know what they say, we all want to marry our dads in a way even lesbian-leaning bisexual women in some cases. Just the appearance of this thing so far closely mirrors where I grew up, except much, much smaller.
Anyway. Master bedroom, half the size of the large living room. Quality art on the walls, mostly outdoor scenes. Same with the living room.
Large shed outside. We keep it clean. Not one of these Nasty and dusty spider web affairs.
