HARBORING: Yani A. Beaty, 40, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Sept. 21 on suspicion of harboring a fugitive and of attempting to prevent a victim from testifying. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Kevin Guerrero Sahagun, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 21 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
EMBEZZLEMENT: Kelly M. Hendricks, 37, of Point Arena, was booked at county jail Sept. 21 on suspicion of embezzlement by an employee and of failure to appear. She was arrested by the MCSO.
VEHICLE THEFT: Camille M. Steele, 39, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 21 on suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of a controlled substance and of failure to appear. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: John J. Demery Jr., 24, of Sacramento, was booked at county jail Sept. 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Miguel A. Lemos, 42, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 22 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Robert A. Sanchez, 54, of Texas, was booked at county jail Sept. 22 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
EVADING: Shawn M. Want, 55, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Sept. 22 on suspicion of evading, resisting and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the MCSO.
GRAND THEFT: Ryan R. Whitman Jr., 24, of Albion, was booked at county jail Sept. 22 on suspicion of grand theft. He was arrested by the MCSO.
RESISTING: Nicole J. Alvarez, 38, of Mendocino, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of felony resisting, of violating her probation and of violating a protective order. She was arrested by the MCSO.
RESISTING: Timothy I. Davis Jr., 44, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of felony resisting, of violating his probation, forging/altering vehicle registration and of driving with a suspended license. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DRUG SALES: Esteban Gaeta, 27, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of conspiracy and of possessing a controlled substance for sale. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
DRUG SALES: Ivan Gaeta, 28, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of conspiracy, possessing a controlled substance for sale, and of possessing marijuana for sale. He was arrested by the FBPD.
VEHICLE THEFT: Juan J. Gaxiola Mendoza, 32, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of vehicle theft, evading and of resisting. He was arrested by the CHP.

LEWD ACTS WITH A MINOR: Rufino Lopez Vasquez, 42, of Willits, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of committing lewd acts with a child under 14. He was arrested by the MCSO.
CONSPIRACY: Chellsea M. Nieters, 29, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of conspiracy and petty theft. She was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Raymond Three Feathers Piceno, 22, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Julian Romero Marin, 28, of Windsor, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
GRAND THEFT: Ruben O. Spaggiari, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 23 on suspicion of grand theft and receiving stolen property. He was arrested by the MCSO.
BATTERY: Nayelli E. Jacobo Sierras, 21, of Willits, was booked at county jail Sept. 24 on suspicion of battery, false imprisonment, child cruelty and of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
FALSE IMPERSONATION: Steven T.D. Lawson, 32, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 24 on suspicion of false impersonation, unlawful possession of tear gas, failure to appear and of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was arrested by the UPD.
RESISTING: Gokham Ozbey, 32, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 24 on suspicion of felony resisting, battery on a first responder, giving a false ID and of disorderly conduct. He was arrested by the MCSO.
BURGLARY: Janet R. Pardini, 64, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Sept. 24 on suspicion of burglary. She was arrested by the FBPD.

DUI: Jorge A. Lozano Casillas, 20, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail Sept. 25 on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale, transporting marijuana and of conspiracy. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Lisa D. McKinney, 56, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Clayton J. Sternick, 43, of Willits, was booked at county jail Sept. 25 on suspicion of driving under the influence.of alcohol/drugs, leaving the scene of a crash and of driving with a suspended/revoked license. He was arrested by the CHP.
CONSPIRACY: McKenna G. Johnson Hardin, 22, of Humboldt County, was booked at county jail Sept. 26 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance and of conspiracy. She was arrested by the MCSO.
ROBBERY: Sydney Christine Shackman, 55, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 26 on suspicion of robbery, driving under the influence of alcohol, contempt of court, and of failure to appear She was arrested by the UPD.
CONSPIRACY: Ian M. Treadwell, 40, of Humboldt County, was booked at county jail Sept. 26 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, conspiracy, giving a false ID and of driving with a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the MCSO.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper. The Daily Journal makes no exceptions.
