I want to just wrap myself in memories for a while. To not think about next year, next month, next week or even tomorrow let alone an hour from now. I want to focus less on to do lists and more on happy things. You know that book, Eat This, Not That there should be a book like that for life for instance, Make Art, Not Drama or something. Do you have a happy list? A list of things that bring happiness to you that you can think of and do whenever the life is too lifey. We make to do lists of chores and appointments and reminders and groceries but how about happy? It doesn't have to be big only a few things you can easily access like a good hug or a good book or your favorite song or a short walk or a pet a soft purring cat or super attentive and aware dog or even a talkative bird. I've had lots of conversations with dragonflies as well as the man on the moon, both are very wise. I'm going to go so maybe you can think about your happy list. See you tomorrow.
