Last week was a solid week of consistent training, which is exactly what I need to prepare for my big, bold goals on the horizon. So much growth happens in the process and the process is what keeps my brain happy.

I am willing to show up and blow up to explore where my edge is. Putting in the physical, mental, and emotional work pays dividends over time and allowed me to create a new edge…a 100 yard PR after a 2800 yard "warm up".
