SHERIFF'S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:
BRINGING DRUGS INTO JAIL: Nicholas S. Britton, 33, of Ukiah, was booked into Mendocino County Jail April 8 on suspicion of violating his probation and bringing controlled substances into jail. He was arrested by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office.
BRINGING DRUGS INTO JAIL: Alegandro Cibrain-Romero, 32, of Ukiah, was booked into county jail April 8 on suspicion of violating his probation, giving a false identification to an officer and bringing controlled substances into jail. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ASSAULT WITH A FIREARM: Skylar B. Dausman, 40, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 7 on suspicion of assault with a firearm, shooting at an inhabited dwelling/vehicle and violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Marissa J.M. Diaz, 27, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 8 on suspicion of driving under the influence, evading an officer, driving with a suspended license, forging/altering vehicle registration and violating her probation. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
MARIJUANA CULTIVATION: Juan J. Diaz-Sanchez, 44, was booked at county jail April 7 on suspicion of illegal cultivation of marijuana and of conspiracy. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
VANDALISM: Emery E. Ellingwood, 67, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 9 on suspicion of felony vandalism. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Melchor Guiterrez-Cruz, 32, of Covelo, was booked at county jail April 8 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and of possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the MCSO.
THREATS: William J. Hahn, 38, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 9 on suspicion of criminal threats, brandishing a deadly weapon and domestic battery. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
ASSAULTING AN OFFICER: Kimberly B. Livingston, 41, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail on April 8 on suspicion of vehicle theft, evading an officer and assaulting an officer. She was arrested by the WPD.
FELONY DUI: Michael D. Martin, 51, of Lake County, was booked at county jail April 7 on suspicion of hit and run causing injury or death. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Rhonda Motts, 51, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Eliana M. Nunez, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 9 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Erick Orozco, 40, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the CHP.
ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF TEAR GAS AND DRUGS: Damian Rosales-Reyes, 33, of Cloverdale, was booked at county jail April 10 on suspicion of unlawful possession of tear gas, possession of a controlled substance, violating his probation, failure to appear and driving with a suspended license.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper. The Daily Journal makes no exceptions.
