The office building is proposed with a floor area of c. 2,992sq.m with a c. 205sq.m plant room at roof level. The application also provides for 51 car parking spaces with 27 EV charging points. All other associated ESB substation, waste storage facilities, signage and extensive landscaping works are proposed, as well the provision of PV solar panels, lighting and infrastructure works. The Channor Group has over 30 years of experience of property development in the Irish market and abroad, and are based in Dublin 15. The group aquired the Lake Drive lands in 2022 from the campus developers, Davy Hickey Properties. A decision on the proposed application is due on the 20th March 2023.
