The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:
DUI: Kimberly A. Baker, 58, of Ukiah, was booked at Mendocino County Jail March 30 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
CONSPIRACY: Thierry Biancard, 56, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 30 on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, marijuana cultivation and conspiracy. He was arrested by the Mendocino County District Attorney and the Ukiah Police Department.
VEHICLE THEFT: Audrey Q. Card, 35, of Covelo, was booked at county jail March 31 on suspicion of vehicle theft and violating her probation. She was arrested by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office.
DUI: Amani R. Clay, 26, of Indiana, was booked at county jail March 28 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and driving without a license. He was arrested by the CHP.
BATTERY: Elliott C. Dille, 43, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 30 on suspicion of battery inflicting serious injury. He was arrested by the UPD.
GRAND THEFT: Lavetta V. Farrell, 48, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 30 on suspicion of grant theft. She was arrested by the CHP.
CRUELTY TO ANIMALS: Jason A. Gower, 31, of Eureka, was booked at county jail March 31 on suspicion of cruelty to animals, conspiracy, resisting, trespassing and violating his probation. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
DUI: Jose D. Hernandez-Meza, 32, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 30, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the UPD.
VANDALISM: Jesus A. Herrera, 40, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 28 on suspicion of felony vandalism. He was arrested by the UPD.
BURGLARY: John A. Lopez, 47, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 30 on suspicion of burglary and possession of both drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. He was arrested by the UPD.
CONSPIRACY: Beriah H. Martin, 36, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 30 on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, marijuana cultivation and conspiracy. She was arrested by the Mendocino County DA.
VANDALISM: Richard T. Ortiz, 37, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 31 on suspicion of felony vandalism. He was arrested by the UPD.
ABUSE: Kevin G. Pike, 39, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 28 on suspicion of abuse of an elder or dependent adult, battery and resisting. He was arrested by the MCSO.
CONSPIRACY: Shannon B. River, 44, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 30 on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, marijuana cultivation and conspiracy. He was arrested by the Mendocino County DA and the UPD.
CRUELTY TO ANIMALS: Haley K. Tyrrell, 30, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 31 on suspicion of cruelty to animals, conspiracy, and trespassing. She was arrested by the WPD.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
