Fridays are always busy, but now all the 'snowbirds' are down from Canada, and the north of America, our timetable has to change with them.
We have to allow extra time when driving, in traffic, restaurants, shops, bars, clubs etc. On a Friday night as long as one couple arrived at 5.30 we had a table for the night. Now, it's more like 4.30 - 5.00 p.m., and if any at the table are late, everyone tries to take the chairs, or ask if they can sit with us.
Yes, snowbirds are good for the Florida economy, but frustrating for the people that live here all round.
