Wayne finished up the plumbing on the hall bathroom yesterday so now we have two working toilets and two working bathroom sinks and a shower with water pressure and the kitchen sink with it's new (yard sale treasure) faucet that you just touch to make it come on and turn off has water pressure too and cherry on the sundae, the washer machine works great too! And the septic tank is empty as well so I think we're good to go now. Wayne still is going to build in some shelves in the bathroom for towels and toiletries so that will be handy and he is going to touch up paint here and there where needed but the major stuff is done. Exhale!
I'm working on a hooked with yarn on burlap piece for an exhibition in April in Connecticut, a place I've always wanted to go but haven't so it's good that my art can at least go there. I've done a lot of pulling out loops to try different colors and yarn textures. Probably pulled out as much as I've put in but I've been happier with it every time I've done that so it's ok.
