Time is running out for those who want to play in the Davis Odd Fellows Texas Hold 'em Tournament.
The tournament is set for 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 7, at the Davis Odd Fellows Lodge, 415 Second St. It will continue to 10 p.m.
This is the first tournament since the COVID-19 outbreak and it is hoped people will sign up to raise funds for the Lodge, which will use the proceeds to benefit students, senior citizens and others.
Only 36 seats will be available and a number have already been taken, according to members of the Lodge.
The top three winners of the tournament will receive gift cards of up to $600. The second-place winner will be awarded $400, while the third-place finisher will get $200.
Those players will be catered to by professional dealers and can partake of a no-host bar along with getting free snacks.
