Our eternal Jack has brought a 1930s estate property in Beverly Hills for $10 million. The mansion has five bedrooms and a six-bath spread.
After the purchase, the house suffered a needed and meticulously trendy restoration. There are now open spaces that connect and encourage indoor and outdoor lifestyle through the attractive steel-case doors. The floors are replete with chevron and white oak.
Inside the property, there are 5,000 square feet of living spaces that include a family room with gray wood panels and built-in bookshelves. There is also an entertainment area with a snazzy brass wet bar.
