The Fairfield Police Department has arrested three individuals in connection with the death of a 19-year-old Carmel woman who was reported missing after leaving a Halloween party in Sacramento, according to a social media post.

Leilani Beauchamp was determined to be the victim of a homicide, police wrote.

On Saturday evening, Fairfield PD received a missing persons report for Beauchamp, who was last seen leaving a Halloween party in Sacramento early that morning. She reportedly left with two male active-duty Air Force members living in Fairfield, according to the post.

Fairfield patrol officers and detectives worked with Travis Air Force Base's Office of Special Investigations and determined Beauchamp's death at the airmen's residence on Cascade Lane to be a homicide. Beauchamp's remains were located in Monterey County on Sunday after Fairfield PD worked with the Monterey County Sheriff's Office.

The three arrested were:

* Jessica Quintanilla, 21, Pittsburg, charged with murder.

* Juan Parra-Peralta, 20, Fairfield, charged with being an accessory to murder.

* Marco Quintanilla, 27, Pittsburg, charged for being an accessory to murder and violating his parole associated with a felony connection for attempted murder.

"We are deeply saddened by the events that have transpired," Fairfield police wrote. "Our thoughts, and condolences go out to Leilani's loved ones. Please respect their privacy as they deal with this tragic loss."
