LA PLATA, MD — Phoenix International Inc., in collaboration with Think DeP Entertainment, has launched the Phoenix Arts Creative Camp After School Arts Program (PACC), a unique after-school offering in Charles County. The program, hosted by Phoenix International School of the Arts (PISOTA), is the first of its kind and aims to provide middle and high school students with intensive arts education.
Scheduled to begin on September 16, 2024, PACCwill run every third week of the month and features a variety of creative disciplines, including dance, acting, singing, and music production. The program draws on the expertise of industry professionals with experience working with stars like Beyonce and Usher.
PACCseeks to bridge the gap between seasoned professionals and aspiring young artists by promoting community, cultural connection, and unity. Students will participate in elective tracks tailored to their interests, ranging from production design to directing and content creation.
The program will conclude with the inaugural Visionary Impact Awards (VIAs) and a special two-week summer camp in August 2025, celebrating the achievements and creative contributions of the participants.

- Duration: Week-long sessions from 4:30-6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a closing workshop on Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM EST.

- Monthly Focus: Each month will spotlight a different creative field with guest instructors and speakers.
- Inclusive Approach: No minimum enrollment required, ensuring the program is accessible to all interested students.
Industry veterans participating in the program include Billboard winner Will Bowser, Lorie Moore from Hardwerk, and various stakeholders from TDE such as Kai Hicks and Hilari Younger. The program also features special guest presenters and keynote speakers like Dr. Corey Emanuel, a media psychologist and Bloomberg Opinion contributor.
For parents of creative youth, PACCoffers a dedicated track focusing on managing and nurturing talented children, featuring insights from casting directors, talent managers, and agents.
