The modern house design follows the slope of the hillside. Its white walls are punctuated by glass doors that connect the interior to the vast terrace. An 80 square meter / 861 square foot heated infinity pool stretches across the front of the property, echoing the clear blue sky.
There are clear views of the sea and neighboring islands from the terrace of Villa Skyrock. Private parking for 5 cars is tucked behind the property, where guests can take off to enjoy the cosmopolitan magic of Mykonos.
At sunset, the interior lights spill out onto the terrace. An outdoor kitchenette/barbeque nook is also lit from within, giving the chef a bright cooking area whether it's lunchtime or a late dinner. An alfresco dining area is situated nearby to gather the family or to welcome friends. An outdoor home theater installation means that everyone can enjoy a movie night under the stars.
Circular planters are set into the patio, making homes for small trees. The greenery freshly punctuates the smooth white concrete tiles across the terrace. Small seating areas dot the tiles, providing a variety of perspectives and opportunities for tanning or shade.
A large outdoor staircase climbs the center of the property, providing access to the parking area behind the villa. The stairs land on a wooden deck, which gives the cool white terrace design a visually warming core.
An outdoor living room is furnished with a soft white modular sofa design, large enough to squeeze on a multitude of guests. The low-slung seating plan gives the outdoor space a relaxed and welcoming vibe.

Inside the villa, the airy all-white living room is brought to life with a rustic round coffee table and a trio of wood-topped nesting coffee tables. The smart TV and modern fireplace are set into the white wall stucco to achieve a streamlined, aesthetic room. Living room blackout curtains shut out the searing sunshine to give TV watchers a clearer view.
An L-shaped white sofa wraps the living room, skirting a round rug that adds a grounding black base note. Rustic, wooden screening makes a textural backdrop in the space and an eye-catching rattan pendant light trio hangs low over the central coffee table arrangement. A wooden accent chair complements the handcrafted light shades.
Mesh dining room pendant lights are paired over a long, wooden dining table that accommodates up to 10 people. The black pendant shades tie in with the dark base notes of the living room, which are visually linked via the open floor plan. A dining banquette is filled with scatter cushions to create a deeply cozy aesthetic, encouraging mealtimes to draw on lazily into the night. At the opposite side of the dining table, small stools leave the magnificent views unobstructed.
The hyper-modern kitchen is raised to create a dual-level functional space. The split-level layout means that even the chef can enjoy the view while preparing the feast. Matte black kitchen units contrast the crisp white walls of the villa. Raw concrete kitchen countertops usher in a bold industrial vibe.
The opposite side of the kitchen installation is white to reflect the sunlight. A strip light is recessed into the kitchen ceiling, leaving the layout clear-cut. Black window frames give the villa an edgy, modern appearance.
Guests can gain access to an impressive wine room upon request.
For those that are a little more health conscious, there is a well-equipped, private home gym.
Inside the first aesthetic bedroom, a stone feature wall has a commanding presence. A white upholstered bed design provides a simple contrast to the rustic focal point.
Bedroom number two has a glass-walled ensuite bathroom design. A rich, wood-clad wall and ceiling provide dark contrast to the pure white bedroom aesthetic.
The third bedroom is adorned with handcrafted bedroom pendant lights and a stunning driftwood accent chair.
Each tranquil white bedroom provides a soothing escape from the rest of the villa. Each bedroom also has access to a private patio.
The bathrooms on the property carry a minimalistic aesthetic. Clean white walls keep the rooms looking bright and calm.
Round bathroom mirrors adorn the walls above modern bathroom vanity units. Silver faucets and matching fixtures add a gleaming finish.
