The WAB is a mix of everything – a transit newsletter, an event pamphlet, a service bulletin, fun stories, interesting factoids, and more! The original Buzzer was a free onboard publication by TransLink (and its predecesssors), first published in 1916. It was distributed five to six times a year, available in print on buses, SkyTrain, West Coast Express, and SeaBus until 2019. But then it went to online only. As far as we can tell, the last official Buzzer came out in December 2022, and TransLink now has podcasts and news releases, all online. Here below we share the latest version of the Weekly Alternative Buzzer. If the topics interest you, please write him (nathandavidowicz2@gmail.com) to sign up for free e-mail delivery.
