SHERIFF'S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:
DUI: Timothy J. Midgett, 32, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
RESISTING: Kassandra J. Phillips, 34, of Covelo, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of resisting/delaying an officer and of obtaining/using personal information without permission. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Joey R. Pitkinrisch, 27, of Cloverdale, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, domestic violence and of child cruelty. He was arrested by the CHP.
VANDALISM: Colin W. Roach, 51, of Gualala, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of vandalism and forgery . He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Ernest V. Salo, 39, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 15 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, resisting/delaying an officer and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Charles R. Anderson, 57, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 16 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the UPD.
RESISTING: Lyubov S. Galvin, 27, of San Francisco, was booked at county jail April 16 on suspicion of resisting/threatening an officer and of trespassing. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Justin K. Harris, 45, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
ILLEGAL WEAPON: Douglas B. Taylor Jr., 32, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 16 on suspicion of illegally possessing a weapon and of domestic battery. He was arrested by the MCSO.
THREATS: Elijah Zapata, 21, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail April 16 on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon, making threats with intent to terrorize, resisting and contempt of court. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
DUI: Catherine E. Moore, 46, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 17 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Carmella F. Rosevear, 39, of Philo, was booked at county jail April 17 on suspicion of domestic violence and of obtaining money under false pretenses She was arrested by the MCSO.
TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: William K. Green, 57, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 18 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance, giving a false ID to an officer, violating his probation and of failure to appear. He was arrested by the WPD.
BURGLARY: Allyssa L. Hann, 25, of Vacaville, was booked at county jail April 18 on suspicion of burglary, grand theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and of failure to appear. She was arrested by the UPD.
BURGLARY: Earl L. Vogt III, 42, of Clearlake, was booked at county jail April 18 on suspicion of burglary, grand theft, conspiracy, and of receiving stolen property. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Naazbah WH. Yazzie, 28, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and of child neglect. She was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Gustavo Zazueta, 38, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail April 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a license suspended/revoked for DUI and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the MCSO.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant: all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper. The Daily Journal makes no exceptions.
