Husband and I went out for a breakfast/brunch and came home with less money to spend on another time.
We have gone to this restaurant many many times before. They were truly busy and it was interesting to people watch . Husband got a bit restless waiting for our orders, but when the food came it was good, hot and plenty.
The question I ask myself now can we really go out to eat another time soon. The answer is no. The answer is no, because the cost of food, especially in a restaurant is really out of sight.
Going to a store leaves the same feeling in the pit of your stomach. Difficult times means you had better have a budget that you actually understand and use.
If you are not ready to do a full blown budget yet, start small and evaluate how much your hobby is worth, no matter what your hobby is. Go to my Etsy store listed below and purchase that evaluation sheet of your hobby and change it to something like how much do your coffee treats, giant drinks from the gas station, or sodas cost you. How much does your sports betting cost! Begin to think more about making some changes.
