When you visit your physician, any physician, lawyers office, almost any type of office, the first person you see or maybe are greeted by is called a receptionist. That title seems to be universal, and some of the duties are similar. However, even though duties may be similar
You may or may not be a people person and that will be reflected in how you handle the various unexpected situations that you will encounter and how many notes are posted in the office you are in.
It is almost like read what is on the windows surrounding the receptionist and you won't have to ask the question they have probably been asked several times and it is only 9am in the morning.
It is always nice and comforting when you meet someone, receptionist, who has had adequate training to do their job efficiently in a welcoming manner. Smiles are great! Patience is one of those virtues we have talked about before.
