Having navigated through various roles within the parks and recreation sphere at federal, state, and particularly local levels, Branham's career trajectory is marked by a significant tenure of over 20 years serving the county government. Prior to ascending to the directorial position, he effectively contributed as the deputy director for Parks & Recreation, following a period as the division chief of recreation.
