Then I discovered, to my horror, that we, on Earth, are running out of helium. YIKES. Yes, second most abundant element in the universe, but we were running out on earth. Not good. Can't make it, short of nuclear fusion. We need it for other things beyond party balloons. Hence, why we need to ban party helium balloons. I only heard about this discovery today -- on 'BBC Radio'. I was excited. I wanted to make sure YOU heard about it. Great news. But this does not give us a license to just squander it. We owe it to future generations. Comment
