SHERIFF'S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:
DUI: Raymond D. Britton, 41, of Willits, was booked at county jail Nov. 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
DUI: Alejandro CruzRuiz, 31, of Covelo was booked at county jail Nov. 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Angel U. LopezGarcia, 28, of Kelseyville, was booked at county jail Nov. 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Hans J. Estes, 47, of Potter Valley, was booked at county jail Nov. 28 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance and of possessing a controlled substance for sale. He was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOR SALE: Benny P. Supnet, 39, of Yuba City, was booked at county jail Nov. 28 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Kory R. Whipple, 19, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Nov. 28 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm, tampering with a witness, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. he was arrested by the MCSO.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Haley B. Casey, 28, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Nov. 29 on suspicion of domestic violence and child cruelty. She was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
ILLEGAL AMMUNITION POSSESSION: James F. Farris, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 29 on suspicion of illegally possessing ammunition and a large capacity magazine.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant: all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper. The Daily Journal makes no exceptions.
