SHERIFF'S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office:
CONSPIRACY: Bryan R. Beardsley, 33, of Fairfield, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of conspiracy. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
VEHICLE THEFT: Darci E. Draper, 33, of Texas, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of vehicle theft, petty theft, and of resisting/delaying an officer. She was arrested by the CHP.
ROBBERY: Darin J. Hammond, 45, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of robbery, battery and of disorderly conduct. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
DRUG SALES: Jessica L. Hug, 36, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and of failure to appear. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DUI: Carmelo Jimenez Valverde, 35, of Healdsburg, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and of possessing a controlled substance. He was arrested by the UPD.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Joseph M. Martin, 39, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of domestic violence, false imprisonment and of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the UPD.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Gabriel Red Feather Palton, 28, of Willits, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of domestic violence, false imprisonment, criminal threats, child cruelty and of domestic violence with priors. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DRUG SALES: Josey E. Schestak, 32, of Santa Cruz, was booked at county jail Oct. 28 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, conspiracy, petty theft and identity theft. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Eric A. Ghazarian, 28, of Tarzana, was booked at county jail Oct. 29 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Ashley B. Schucker, 44, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Oct. 29 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, battery and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Samantha L. Taylor, 28, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Oct. 29 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DRUG SALES: Dylan C.B. Ough, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Oct. 30 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale, of violating his probation and of failure to appear. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Victor A. Vargas, 24, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Oct. 29 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, criminal threats and of assault with a stun gun/taser. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Jenny S. Costello, 46, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Oct. 31 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the CHP.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Kiana R. Flores, 31, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Oct. 31 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and of domestic violence. She was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Jesse S. Martinez, 26, of Caspar, was booked at county jail Oct. 31 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI while on probation, DUI with priors, driving without a license and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the CHP.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Damon R. Monthei, 26, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Oct. 31 on suspicion of domestic violence and of battery. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ATTEMPTED MURDER OF A PEACE OFFICER: Jose Panduro Rodriguez, 22, of Mexico, was booked at county jail Oct. 31 on suspicion of attempted murder of a peace officer, robbery, burglary, and of assault with a firearm. He was arrested by the MCSO.
BATTERY: Jose R. Colli Blanco, 25, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Nov. 1 on suspicion of battery inflicting serious injury. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DRUG SALES: Bryan D. Grizzle, 33, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Nov. 1 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance for sale and of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Rebecca Jones, 43, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Nov. 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was arrested by the CHP.
TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Steve A. Leard Jr., 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Nov. 1 on suspicion of transporting and possessing a controlled substance. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Emmanuel Vazquez Rivas, 22, of Willits, was booked at county jail Nov. 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper. The Daily Journal makes no exceptions.
