 | newwaverlynews Nov 3 | Friday is the last day to cast your vote early, Tuesday November 7th is Election Day There were a total of 460 voters checked-in during early voting Thursday for the November 7th General Election here in Walker County. This makes for a total of 2454 votes cast during early voting so far. Today, Friday, November 3rd, is the final day of Early Voting at the Walker County Storm Shelter. Voters can cast their ballots from 7:00am – 7:00pm. Just as a reminder, Election Day is Tuesday, November 7th from 7:00am – 7:00pm. Registered voters may cast their ballots at any of the following eight countywide polling places on Election Day: - Walker County Fairgrounds
- Walker County Storm Shelter
- University Heights Baptist Church Fellowship Hall
- New Waverly First Baptist Church
- Huntsville I.S.D. Transportation Building
- Cook Springs Baptist Church
- Northside Baptist Church
- Riverside Global Methodist Church
