| amyperri2 Oct 16 | Metta is a very specific form of love — a caring for another independent of all self-interest — and thus is likened to one's love for one's child or parent. Understandably, this energy is often difficult to describe with words. However, in the practice of Metta meditation, one recites phrases that bring about a sense of peace and well-being while sending loving kindness to yourself and all beings with a wish for peace to be found even in the darkest of times. For each class I will be leading a guided labyrinth walk invoking Metta. (weather permitting). If you would like to walk the labyrinth please arrive 30 minutes prior to class (9am for the morning, 545pm for the evening) Yoga this Week Tuesday morning at 930am Wednesday Evening 615pm Friday morning at 930am Click here for Zoom Links https://wordpress.com/page/myyogawithamy.com/7696 Still some spots open for next Monday's Restorative Yoga!
