The Golden State Warriors hammed it up for the cameras during their annual Media day at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Monday.
In addition to veterans Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, newcomers Rudy Gay, Rodney McGruder, Kendric Davis, Usman Garuba and others also posed for the many photographers in attendance. Chris Paul donned a Warriors jersey for the first time since his trade from the Washington Wizards.
It remains to be seen if the team has another shot at an NBA title. The Warriors do have a chance as they go into the season with the sixth-best odds to win the 2024 title, per FanDuel.
Curry, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and the newcomer Chris Paul are not young. It's nice that they feel that way, but these guys are ancient by NBA standards. The four have a combined 53 seasons of experience.
"It's going to be fun to fight Father Time for as long as we can," Steph Curry said Monday. "But not talk about it too much because we still feel young."
