The Green Business Certification, Inc (GBCI) has officially certified the CHS building as meeting LEED Silver standards, affirming its environmentally friendly and energy-efficient design. The Construction Management Association of America has recognized it as the national winner for educational facilities. Additionally, the Associated Builders and Contractors Chesapeake Shores Chapter has given it the 2023 Excellence in Construction Award.
