Favorite Pose is Shoulder Stand Dolores is a wise, uplifting goddess who seems to rise up stronger with every experience she goes through. Recently back from Knee Surgery, she owes her speedy recovery to her daily yoga practice. Dolores ends every note with the word "Shanti!" which means Peace and she certainly embodies the word! "You can defy gravity with a shoulder stand or surrender in child's pose! As time passes, yoga becomes internal as well as external. A never-ending journey, enjoy every minute. Shanti!"
