'9 to 5, The Musical' is LCTC's latest production
Lake County Theatre Company is thrilled to unveil the star-studded cast that will be gracing the stage for their upcoming production of "9 to 5, The Musical." Meet the Main Cast Characters:
Violet Newstead: Portrayed by Laura McAndrews Sammel, Violet is a dynamic character who takes charge and navigates the challenges of a male-dominated workplace. Laura's commanding presence and strong stage presence make her a perfect fit for this role.
Doralee Rhoads: June Clarkin-Wilson brings her charm and charisma to the role of Doralee, the vivacious and underestimated assistant who proves she's much more than meets the eye. June's vibrant energy is sure to shine on stage.
Judy Bernly: Claire Jacobs takes on the role of Judy, the timid newcomer who finds her voice and strength in the face of adversity. Claire's ability to portray both vulnerability and resilience makes her a standout choice for this character.
Franklin Hart: Doug Cembellin steps into the shoes of the obnoxious and chauvinistic boss, Franklin Hart. Doug's versatile acting skills will bring both the comedic and antagonistic sides of the character to life.
Roz Keith: Kathleen Escude portrays Roz, the loyal and slightly quirky office snitch. Kathleen's comedic timing and expressive acting will surely add depth and humor to the role.
Joe: Adam McGee takes on the role of Joe, the kind-hearted and supportive love interest. Adam's chemistry with the other cast members is bound to add a layer of authenticity to the production.
Dwayne: Joseph Boombotz brings his unique flair to the character of Dwayne, Judy's soon to be ex-husband. Joseph's energy and comedic sensibilities will be a highlight of the show.

Mendocino College Art Gallery opens 'Full Circle: Wesley Wright Sculpture.' exhibition
The Mendocino College Art Gallery is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated exhibition opening of "Full Circle: Wesley Wright Sculpture." The opening reception is scheduled for Thursday, September 28, from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Mendocino College Art Gallery. This event is open to all art enthusiasts and members of the community, and we invite you to join us.

This special exhibition is an opportunity to explore the remarkable talents of Mendocino College's newest ceramics faculty member, Wesley Wright. Mr. Wright's exceptional artistry is set to captivate and inspire visitors as they delve into his world.
Wesley Wright brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the ceramics department at Mendocino College. His body of work reflects a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between form, material, and artistic expression. By joining our faculty, he enhances our commitment to providing students with exceptional educational experiences in the arts.
"Full Circle: Wesley Wright Sculpture" will feature an array of Mr. Wright's breathtaking sculptures, each a testament to his unique perspective and artistic mastery. "As I live my life, I collect ideas, imagery, and objects that fascinate me," said Wright. "From this reservoir, I draw the inspiration for my work. Some of my symbolism is obvious and some more obscure, but all are chosen to help process and critique the world around me. My work is successful if the viewer is filled with the same sense of wonderment that I experience as I try to understand what it is to exist in this place at this time."
