I'm working on a piece of textile art these days that's five panels long and heavily embellished with some embroidery work and I am loving it. I loose myself in those moments of sewing embellishments down. Picking just the right button or bead for the space. Digging through my hoarded up stashes and super willing to let them go to live on as art. As I'm doing the art I take little breaks to do what I can to the studio to prepare for the fainting sofa to come in. Sometimes I wobble and wonder if I actually should bring it in here since during the day I never just sit to do anything. I stand all the time because I prefer standing to sitting. Still I think it would be nice to nest on it while I read for a bit or maybe take my french class. I don't have to decide today though. I can figure it out as I go.
