The end of the semester is always bittersweet for college students. It always means the end of classes, which is always the best feeling ever. However, with final tests, comes studying for an exam filled with random things you have learned over the semester. It can be stressful, to say the least. Especially if you are a full time student while having a job on the side of school, like me.
Some things I love to do while studying are cleaning the room I am going to study in, to rid myself of all possible distractions outside of the paper or laptop in front of me. I also eat very well when finals seasons come around, in order to keep my mind right and my body focused on the tasks in front of me, which is studying. Taking breaks are also extremely beneficial. It is impossible to cram everything in one sitting, and small, short breaks are essential for this reason. Flash cards, and trying to keep ahead in classes always help me throughout the semester to get a head start. I love to make mini quizzes on Quizlet for important things my professors say will be on the exams during the semester to stay refreshed on topics.
Best of luck to all going through countless hours of studying!
