Over the weekend I moved some of the furniture in the studio and I'm not sure I'm done yet. There's a couple of other things I'd like to do. It would be a lot of work but if it worked out then it would be so worth it.
I want to bundle up some of my art pieces on paper and sell them in mystery bundles. I wonder if people would respond to that? I've got a lot of stored art and it's not doing anyone any good just resting there.
I rarely work on paper any more, usually on the CBS art but that's all. I prefer painting on reclaimed fabrics. I love ripping cloth. It's very satisfying, that sound of cloth ripping. I love the frayed edges. To me frayed edges are like a life that has been well lived and filled with memories, some scars and lots of insignificant moments that meant more than we thought at the time. That's art for me, when past and future collide with hope and dreams resulting in a painting or weaving or something.
Lots of ideas, some projects and a few plans on deck so I'm gonna bounce. Have a beautiful day and meet me back here tomorrow. Peace & hugs
If you missed it, a new vlog went up yesterday. Here's the link just in case...https://youtu.be/wddy6iNwXng
