First off I love this company. The customer service is great and owner Ryan listens to his customers and values our input. That being said, I have Arthritus and always on the market for healthy drinks. I've been drinking Rewind Greens for about 6 months and love them. They are the only green drink I can stand. They mix well and taste great. Many people come up with different recipes and smoothies for them but I'm happy mixing in water. I keep a bag at work as well for afternoon pick me up. It's a great product if your on Keto as well. This flavor has a hint of cinnamon and an apple taste. I'm going to try it next in my staple dessert. (I get whipping cream, almond milk, monkfruit sugar, chia seeds and whatever extract I'm in the mood for and mix food then freeze). I've heard some mix I with overnight oats, and some like drinking it hot like tea. It's cheaper then your favorite coffee shop or health store smoothie.
