One of the most expected events of the year is the Super Bowl. This event is way much more than a football event- it is an entertaining show, especially during halftime. Super Bowl halftime shows only last 15 minutes and it is the most expensive minutes in the world from the decoration, to the advertising. A spot of 30 seconds can cost $5.6 million. Something humble, right?
The performance in the halftime show is a mini-concert with all the things inherent to it from the lights, to the fireworks and much more.
We had selected our favorite super bowl halftime shows of all time.

The Rolling Stones (2006)
My first-ever rock reference and my favorite band of all time!
When The Rolling Stones performed at Super Bowl, I remember being super excited in front of the TV, dancing and vibrating to all of that show. The band performed on their iconic logo-shaped stage and only three songs were needed to entertain millions of people.
This is a show that is worth reviewing over and over again.

Prince (2007)
It is impossible not to get chills when hearing this Prince's performance. This show is considered by many, the number one of the greatest Super Bowl halftime shows of all time!
Everything in this performance was surprising, but having a brass marching band doing back vocals with Prince was the cherry on top of the cake!
During the (short) presentation, he did mashups with Bob Dylan's, Queen's, and even Foo Fighters' songs with his own music and it was nothing less than masterpieces. The show ended with his classical song "Purple Rain" and had one of the best guitar solos in the world.

Bruno Mars (2014)
Bruno Mars proved that besides a singer (and dancer) with a huge talent, he is also a huge entertainer. No one was prepared for such an enthusiastic and charismatic performance. He, and his band, really put their whole heart on the stage.
Everything here was amazing, from the drum solo of Mars to the appearance of Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Their talent and energy combined were enough to fulfill the stage.
