I'm not 100% sure how well the trees will do as there aren't many around up here! But one of the things we wanted to try was to plant an orchard as well as use hedging as a natural windbreak. Trees would be great for apples, pears and plums. I think we even have a quince tree! We will give it a go, find a suitable area and see what happens! This free site is ad-supported.
