It was indeed a very challenging day. The match was between Saudi πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¦ vs. Jordan πŸ‡―πŸ‡΄ and obviously most of the spectators dont speak English.

With the new eTicket format introduced by #FIFA they need to use the app to show the barcode, and guess what, they used the arabic version of the app.

So we need to learn very quickly to switch the app and know exactly which button to click even if we can't understand a word written in the app.

Since I was in the ticketing team, spectators who came to us mostly were those who were either loss or angry. Their tickets wont work, barcode doesn't appear, showing screenshot of the "eTicket", almost fake-look "complimentary" tickets and many more.

Working in this area of role requires certain level of patience and eagle-eyed skill which we need to develop as fast as we can.

I was so lucky to be placed with 3 arabic speaking team mates: they're from Tunisia, Kuwait and Bangladesh. Crazy lots and superb ambiance.

And they taught me Arabic too!!! Yallah...!!
