I did previous blog post in which my little girl and I "collaborated" on what looked like a sad elephant. I lamented in that post that I should've taken a before photo of what the little one did on her own. In this instance, I remembered to do that before I added my contributions.
For this particular piece, the little one used some magic markers to doodle on a disposable corn husk plate. It turned out as below.
It looked like a face to me of a person until I added the eyes. I took it in a whole different direction instead and it became a lion (see below). Did a check with my little partner and she could recognise it as a lion. Yay!
