JINZHOU'S GOURMET GOULASH

Goulash, what does this even mean? They call it a stew…with paprika? Well JINZHOU made a gourmet Goulash without paprika. JINZHOU used everything in the refrigerator left over from Friday's supper.

So Sunday, JINZHOU thinks no food gets tossed out. All the leftovers will be turned into one hell of a delicious gourmet goulash.

Why eat in a restaurant when you can eat at home.

Potato wedges, one sausage, beans & coloured carrots. Leftover, just sitting there in the fridge waiting to be eaten or forgotten & dumped in the garage. No way. JINZHOU will fix that.

Chop it all up in a large pan with pure olive oil, adding onion & fresh cherry tomatoes with a seasoning/ garlic&herds…salt & pepper to taste. Stir stir stir then very low heat with a lid to steam for minutes.

But you can choose to do what you like for your Gourmet Goulash-anything you have leftover in your refrigerator adding paprika or not. Just don't waste any food-not because people or children are starving…to save money. Food is expensive, unless of course you have the extravaganza to burn money and toss food out the door without a care in the world. Besides creating meals with leftovers can be lots of fun.
