Hello December!

Greetings from Kathy Cherry Books!

Happy Winter and December!

Polar Post: An Erutuf National Park Novel has entered the world! And it entered with a bang! Check out a photo below showing some of the rankings from the first couple of days! I'm still pinching myself! And there is still time to buy a copy as a fun little holiday gift. You can find it on my website, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Bookshop, or request your local bookstore and/or library for it.

I also enjoyed having a booth at a couple of local fairs selling all three books. I love interacting with the children and adults! Enjoy a photo below from one of the fairs.

My books joined a few fun social media initiatives with other children's authors. Click here and click here to view a couple of them and check out some other wonderful children's books.

I'm so grateful and really appreciate your support for this fun children's series! Thank you!

My holiday wish is if you could leave a review on Amazon for my latest book. I'd really appreciate it! You only need a sentence or two! You can leave a review there regardless where you buy the book. The review numbers really matter with the Amazon's algorithms and impact where the books falls on their site. Click here to leave a review.

I hope that you have a wonderful December and happy holidays!

Take care,
Kathy Cherry

Hello October!

Greetings from Kathy Cherry Books!

Happy Fall and October! October kicks off the end of year holiday seasons and gives us a fun dose of spirit and magic.

In my children's book series, siblings Reese and Dean get transported to a magical national park, Erutuf National Park. Who wants to journey with them on their third visit to this special place? You can go with them in the next book, Polar Post: An Erutuf National Park Novel. I'm excited for you all to travel to the arctic section of this magical national park and meet the main animal, a polar bear! Maybe the polar bear looks like this one below swimming at the San Diego Zoo?!

By the way, did you know that October celebrates the anniversaries of Yosemite National Park, Death Valley National Park, Joshua Tree National Park, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, Redwood National Park, North Cascades National Park, Great Basin National Park, Dry Tortugas National Park, Saguaro National Park, Dinosaur National Monument, the White House, National Trails System Act, National Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, and also President Theodore Roosevelt's birthday? Cheers to a fun national parky month!

I hope that you have a wonderful October!

Take care,
Kathy Cherry

Hello September!

Greetings from Kathy Cherry Books!

Where did the summer go?!? I hope that your summer had some fun, adventure, and magic.

One of my summer highlights included signing books for librarians at the annual American Library Association conference. I dream about my books finding their way into every library! So, I jumped at the opportunity to meet librarians from across the country and sign a book for them. The time flew by signing the books and I even ran out of my books in my session! Below please find a couple photos from this fun experience.

By the way, did you know that you can request your local public libraries to carry books (like Bison Blog) if they don't have the book already? It's an easy request that all authors appreciate!

I hope that you have a wonderful September!

Take care,
Kathy Cherry
